29 days of giving

Yoga Journal has an article about a woman that gave a gift everyday for 29 days. A gift as small as a dollar to the guy on the street, to a purchased gift at the store for a friend. Giving of time, food, flowers, or larger gifts all helped her to realize how giving to others helps heal and keep her in a right state of mind as well. Giving to others (Strangers or close friends) helps us to release harbored emotions of stress toward others.
